I have actually never had a dentist that is pain free and so good at what he does. The receptionists, hygenist, and assistants are also very competent and nice. Attention to detail is impressive
My front porcelain crown shattered on a Friday evening. I phoned Nanoose Bay Dental knowing that it was closed. I had never before had a dental emergency and was relieved to find out that there was a dentist on call. Dr. Michael Wong is my dentist, and I had only seen him twice so far. I only became his patient a couple of months ago. He responded promptly and met me at the clinic at 8pm. Joining him was Tina to assist. She braved a wind and rain storm that was brewing outside to come in, driving over an hour. I was so grateful and touched by their generosity, kindness and professionalism. My crown could not be saved but Dr. Wong masterfully crafted a new tooth in an hour’s time. This new tooth, really a big filling, looks exactly like a normal tooth and nobody would be able to tell that it’s not my tooth. Dr. Wong is very skilled, dedicated, professional and his attention to detail is impressive. He is a new dentist to me and I am so happy to have found him. I highly recommend him, Nanoose Bay dental and the staff there. They are all amazing. Thank you for your prompt and exceptional service.
Excellent, high quality work
“Huge thank you to Nanoose Bay Dental for doing a great job with the filling replacement dental work that I had recently done there. I was a new client at their clinic and actually have not been able to see a dentist in many years so it was great that all of the staff from the reception to the dentist was welcoming and friendly and left me feeling at ease from start to finish. Dr. Wong was great as a dentist, seemed very detail orientated, personable and skilled at the work he does. I had the impression he does excellent, high quality work and really felt I was in good hands throughout the procedure. The clinic was also open on a Friday, which I learned is a recent change to their operating hours. This worked out very well to coordinate to my work schedule. I would definitely recommend Nanoose Bay Dental to any of my family and friends! Thanks again!”
